The facility boasts a Test Kitchen with a 20-foot Halton CaptureJet hood system over a flexible plug-and-play cookline with a rotating selection of cooking equipment, built by Premier's manufacturing partners. The line-up is perfect for small and large group demonstrations, maintenance training, recipe testing, special events, and has even served as a home base for local and national celebrity chefs and professional "foodies" to produce custom content for social media and beyond.
